"Cheaper than port parking and worked out fine"
I booked this because it was a lot cheaper than parking at the port, and it did the job. The lot seemed decent, the booking process was simple, and the shuttle there was fine. Coming back, we did have to wait a bit longer than I would’ve liked, which was annoying. I’ll admit I don’t usually have much faith in customer service with these kinds of places, so I was kind of expecting a hassle, but everything ended up going smoothly. For the price, I’d probably use them again.

"Didn’t feel great leaving my car there"
The lot just didn’t feel very secure to me. Lighting there wasn’t much, and anyone watching the cars I barely noticed. I kept thinking about my car the whole cruise, which was not relaxing. I don’t think I’d park here again.

"Close enough to the cruise port"
Pretty solid spot tbh if you don’t feel like parking right at the terminal. It wasn’t far from the cruise port at all, and the ride over was quick. Getting back took a little longer, but nothing too bad. For the price and how close it was, I’d def use them again.

I tried booking online, but the page kept freezing right after I entered my payment info. Then I didn’t get a clear confirmation email, so I ended up having to call just to make sure it went through. it was annoying and a really frustrating way to start things before a cruise...

i was disappointed. My suitcase came back all scratched up, and the handle was broken too. When I tried to bring it up, it didn’t really feel like anyone cared or wanted to help

I used Park N Cruise before our trip, i should’ve trusted my instinct when the check-in already felt off. The person at the desk barely looked at us and seemed irritated when I simply asked where we were supposed to park.
The shuttle driver wasn’t much friendlier either, not even a quick hello. I get that places get busy, but the whole thing just felt cold and rude. I wouldn’t choose them again.

"Shuttle wait was way too long"
Got back from our trip and ended up waiting forever for the shuttle, tbh. They kept saying it was on the way, but it took way too long and no one really explained what was going on. The parking itself was fine, but the pickup situation totally ruined it for us. Wouldn’t use them again.
